Cee is a Lay Pastoral Minister of the Community Catholic Church of Canada, ordained to baptize and licensed to officiate weddings and funerals for the province of Ontario.  She brings love, compassion and great respect to the services that she provides.  She finds great fulfilment in being able to create the perfect ceremony for each individual that requests her service.

Cee collaborates with couples to produce their wedding ceremony exactly how they want it.  A born perfectionist, when creating their love story, Cee uses methods that result in a beautiful iteration of their journey together from the day they met right up to present day.

A  community theatre actress for many years,  Cee finds being in the spotlight nothing new.  With her British-born accent, she hones her skills for captivating  audiences and leaves your guests in "aaah" with every ceremony she performs.   She constantly recieves wedding officiant requests from guests that have attended her weddings and seen her in action.
